People
from all over the world flock to Michigan every year
to take in some premier whitetail hunting, Michigan
pheasant hunting and trout fishing. Michigan
hunting is far different from local hunting,
for many outdoors men and women. The racks are bigger,
deer more plentiful and the Michigan hunting guides
are trained to take hunters on the best hunt of their
lives.
At Cherry Creek Farm,
Michigan hunting outfitters take outdoor lovers
through 500 wooded acres in search of the next Boone
and Crockett. If whitetail deer hunting is not your
pleasure, there are plenty of spots for trout fishing,
pheasant hunting, canoeing and rafting. Unlike other
Michigan deer hunting outfitters, Cherry Creek Farms
is open for more than just hunting.
While Cherry Creek Farms offers
hunters and outdoors men and women a chance to take
part of a guided hunt or fishing trip, there are packages
available for families, as well. Families can choose
to take part in canoeing, rafting, tubing or golf. Some
families choose to come along with a hunter for a little
rest and relaxation.
What Do Hunters Get
for Their Money?
At Cherry Creek Farm, guides
are constantly watching deer movements, eating and bedding
habits to ensure hunters have the best chance of bagging
a big one. We have blinds on the ground and in the sky,
so hunters can feel comfortable hunting from a location
they are used to during every hunt. Cherry Creek Farm
is a private hunting preserve, so hunting licenses are
not needed, but guides do reserve the final call on
whether to bag a deer or let it pass.
Three day deer hunting
packages are available on a per person basis.
Three day packages include three days and two nights,
meals and lodging. If the hunter wants a guest to come
along during the hunt, that service can also be arranged.
In order to capture the hunt for a lifetime, filmed
hunts are also available.
Cherry Creek Farms offers
three types of accommodations - private cabins, main
lodge and rustic camping. Private cabins are designed
with rustic interiors but manage to have all the latest
technologies for guests’ personal comfort. Each
cabin sleeps 4-6 persons. The Main Lodge at Cherry Creek
Farm houses 12 people with double occupancy per room.
A main gathering room offers television, pool table
and wildlife viewing. Rusting camping is available upon
personal request.
